I think that I used to have a card that rewards directly came through years ago, but I have not used the system for so long now that I lost that card. It seems like the system could have an easier way to get a new card mailed out and less steps to redeem. I may call the 800 number to figure out the best way to proceed. thanks.

I just got an email stating that I need to use my rewards by today 8/28/19. When your card system was malfunctioning I called and you said when it was fixed you would send me a new card. I never received one after contacting you again. I just thought you weren't going to honor what you had told me. Then I received this email today. When I went to log on to my account it said that the system did not recognize my email. If you could call me at 719-269-2550 or message me back so we could resolve this matter that would be fantastic. I referred many people to the rewards program and was discouraged when I did not receive my final reward. I t should be at least $150. Thanks. Jodee Zerby email@example.com

I have $15.00 but I was notified that the Weigh and Win would be sending out new cards and have never received it. I'm not sure if I ever used it or was told a new card was coming. I'm not sure? Could you please check on this for me.
